'The Boondocks' is back. Nearly two years off the air, creator Aaron McGruder says his show, based on his comic strip, will return for season 3 in early 2010.

Add another group to the list of those up in arms over MTV's controversial reality show 'Jersey Shore.' The New Jersey Italian American Legislative Caucus, which calls the show "wildly offensive," has asked Viacom to take the Guido-filled series off the air and have also urged advertisers to boycott the show.

Comedy Central has finally scheduled the third season premiere for 'The Sarah Silverman Program,' which will return to the airwaves on February 4 in the 10:30 p,m. slot. Silverman has been off the air for well over a year while the network sorted out details of the show's return.
