'The Hills' star Stephanie Pratt isn't up on all the latest drama on her show, telling Inside TV, "I am so out of the loop because of my legal issues that I have been dealing with" at Tuesday's "Decade Event' party in Hollywood honoring Travis Barker's Famous Stars and Straps 10th anniversary and Snoop Dogg's 10th album, 'Malice in Wonderland.' Though she hasn't "even been on the Internet and seen the last four or five episodes," she has had time to quit drinking and catch up with enemy-turned-BFF Lauren Conrad.

The enthusiastic basement-dwelling crooner of season 2 of 'I Love New York' and both seasons of 'I Love Money' is getting his own VH1 reality show, 'Frank the Entertainer ... in a Basement Affair,' which premieres Sun., Jan. 3 at 8 p.m. We can only hope the over-the-top hilarity of Miss Tiffany Pollard stops by for a guest episode and ends up joining the competition, though we know it's beneath her.
