Considering all that's going on in their respective social circles, you'd never expect that the popular kids from 'Gossip Girl,' '90210,' 'High School Musical' and 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon' could take time out of their busy schedules to bond over the same issue.

However, leading the hottest star cluster to ever hit young Hollywood, 'New Moon' superstars Nikki Reed, Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz have teamed with 'Gossip Girl's' Leighton Meester, Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr; Hayden Panettiere of 'Heroes'; 'High School Musical's' Corbin Bleu; 'Star Trek's' John Cho; and Tristan Wilds of '90210,' among many other primetime and box office superstars, to help flight global poverty and AIDS via the "Coming Together as ONE" campaign PSA. Sponsored by the advocacy group ONE and helmed by Emmy-winning director Jesse Dylan, best known for his "Yes We Can" campaign for President Barack Obama, "Coming Together as ONE" debuted earlier this week on the eve of World AIDS Day, hitting primetime during 'Gossip Girl' and effectively reaching its target audience: influential, motivated young people.

"The fight against extreme poverty and preventable disease in poor countries needs our support, our energy and our commitment ... We're making progress in our fight but more remains to be done. And it starts with you ... me ...all of us coming together."

There you have it, young America. The most popular people on the planet want you in their group. And it doesn't even require the cost of a vampire hickey.
