Click through for the trailer... Let's face some facts here, villains are the best thing about most movies, aren't they? Take Austin Powers for example, if any one character deserved a sequel from that franchise it was Dr Evil. So, with that in mind, it appears we may just be in luck if the trailer to next year's big animated comedy, Despicable Me, is anything to go by.
The film basically tells the story of Gru (voiced by Steve Carell), the world's number two supervillain, who's planning to steal the moon at the same time as engaging in a war of wits with Vector (voiced by Jason Segel), the world's number one supervillain.
Judging by the trailer, it looks very funny indeed with a strong voice cast (featuring the likes of Danny McBride, Julie Andrews and Russell Brand) so maybe you should stick this one down in the new diary you'll undoubtedly be getting from Father Christmas very soon.
Despicable Me is in cinemas from July 2010.
